Bayreuth Festival:

Christine Goerke will have her Bayreuth debut as Sieglinde in the concert version of Die Walküre on August 22 and 25.

Attilio Glaser will have his debut at the Bayreuth Festival as Steuermann in Der fliegende Holländer, perfromances are on July 25, 31 and August 04, 07, 11, 14, 20. Further he can be seen in the concert version of Parsifal as 4. Knappe on August 10.

Günther Groissböck will have his debut as Wotan in Die Walküre, performances on July 29, August 3 & 19, and Hunding in the concert version of Die Walküre on August 22 and 25. Further he can be seen as Landgraf Hermann in Tannhäuser (performances July 27, August 02, 05, 13, 16, 23), as Nachtwächter in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg (performances July 26, August 01, 08, 12, 17, 24) and as Titurel inthe concert version of Parsifal on August 10.

Ekaterina Gubanova will have her debut at this year’s festival as Venus in Tannhäuser, performances are on July 27, August 02, 05, 13, 16, 23.

Christa Mayer can be seen as Magdalena in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, performances July 26, August 01, 08, 12, 17, 24, and as Fricka & Schwertleite in Die Walküre with performances on July 29, August 3 & 19.

Camilla Nylund will be singing Eva in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, performances July 26, August 01, 08, 12, 17, 24.

Wilhelm Schwinghammer will be singing Reinmar von Zweter in Tannhäuser (performances July 27, August 02, 05, 13, 16, 23).

Tuuli Takala will have her festival debut as Klingsors Zaubermädchen in the concert version of Parsifal on August 10.

Klaus Florian Vogt sings Siegmund in Die Walküre (performances on July 29, August 3 & 19 and concert version on August 22, 25), Walther von Stolzing in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, performances July 26, August 01, 08, 12, 17, 24.

Salzburg Festival:

Vida Miknevičiūtė will have her debut at the Salzburg Festival as Chrysothemis in Strauss’ Elektra, performance are on July 27, 31 and August 8, 11.

Ludovic Tézier sings Scarpia in Puccini’s Tosca, performances are scheduled on August 21, 24, 27, 31.

Charles Workman will be singing Tempo in the revival of Händel’s oratorio Il trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno. Performances are on August 4, 8, 12, 14, 17.

Bregenz Festival:

Brian Mulligan will have his role debut as Wotan in a concert version of Wagner’s Das Rheingold. The concert is on August 01.

Tyrolean festival Erl:

Andreas Bauer Kanabas can be heard as König Heinrich in Wagner’s Lohengrin at the Tyrolean Festival. Performances are on July 23, 25, 27.

AJ Glueckert will have his debut in the title role of Wagner’s Lohengrin, performances will take place on July 23, 25, 27. Further he sings Mahler’s Lied von der Erde on August 1.

Torre del Lago:

Emily Magee will have her debut in the title role of Puccini’s Turandot at the festival Torre del Lago. Performances are on July 24, 30 and August 14, 20.

Arena di Verona:

Elena Pankratova sings the title role of Puccini’s Turandot at Arena di Verona on September 3.
